Hi,

When setting geo-fence, the following issue was found:

1) Message prompted when program zone. This happens only when selecting ‘Direct SMS’ as Report Type (other report types are posted accordingly)



2) We are unable to re-program those saved zone reports

There is nothing wrong in this module. This unit frequently loses communication and hence Geo-fencing programming commands are not successfully going.

I tested on few other vehicle and it works fine.

Ideally geo-fencing should be done when the vehicle is in good GSM coverage. You may also check why this unit loses connection frequently.

Check FTP communication log file and you will understanding this behavior.
